Well, it took forever-and-a-day but we've finally got this site back-up and running! I have not finished everything that needs to be done but the grunt work is complete and we can finally get back to the business of making kits.  Yankee Modelworks is working very hard to bring you high quality resin shipmodel kits.
What we hope to accomplish is to raise the bar with
the detail & design of our new kits while bringing the older kits
up-to-date. In order to do this, we have changed some of our methods
of manufacturing & design as we transition from the old ways
to the new. The downside of this is that it has taken longer
than expected to make the transition. Now that we have worked out
the bugs, we hope to ramp-up production and scale back the time it
takes to get a kit from concept to your workbench.You will see these changes in the starting with the next new kit releases coming very soon. What's coming you ask ? Well, if you look at the menu system, you will see what we are currently working on. Of course, what is coming soon is only the kits we have ready for manufacturing. There are many kits in the pipeline that are in various stages of completion. The menu structure at the top is the new method of trying to sort-out the hundred-plus pages on this website. It is by no means perfect so I will be looking for some feedback so that I can make corrections, enhancements, etc. |
